Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Hybrid (Remote and Bronx, NY)

Time: 7:00 am - 7:45 am, Monday to Friday

Ring of Hope Corporation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering high-risk youth and women through sports, career training, and mentorship, is seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creator for our morning boxing program at Baychester Middle School.

Responsibilities:

• Attend two sessions per week (preferably any Monday-Thursday class) at Baychester Middle School.

• Capture compelling content during sessions.

• Create engaging Reels and TikToks, aligning with current trends and connecting content to the sport of boxing.

• Showcase the positive impact of the program on participants.

• Collaborate with the program director and other team members to ensure content aligns with ROH's mission.

Requirements:

• Reliable source of transportation.

• Passion for working with kids and creating a positive impact.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.

• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

• Ability to creatively incorporate trends into sports-related content.

• Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.

• Interest in martial arts, with a willingness to learn about boxing.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge and passion for sports, youth empowerment, and non-profit organizations.

Compensation: $50 per session, with the opportunity for more sessions and commission based on performance or organizational needs.
